Family history and back story:
Rose has always been close to her cousins, James, Al, and Lily. She really loves her family, but sometimes feels that they are too close.

Rose is a real cross between her father and her mother. She has a serious, studious side, yet she's fun loving and likes to get into mischief at times.

Her biggest problem has always been finding a balance between the two. And now that she's older, she finds that it's harder to sneak around like she used to.

Boys are also an issue. Her father and her cousins seem to think that she should be forever a little girl. Rose is not content to stay that way when she really wants to be grown up.
